Hospitality Services: Project Management, Warehousing, Installation
Project Management:
Provide order coordination and expediting. Work with vendor shipping and freight schedules, coordinate construction timelines, meet with owner, contractor, designer to ensure a seamless and timely delivery has been met.
Logistics/Warehousing/Delivery:
Provide local warehousing and delivery to the site. Confirm receipt, check for back orders or missing product. Inspect any potential damage provide freight claims if necessary. Notify vendor and owner, re-order if necessary. Delivery to site per approved schedule. Distribution center option: all product goes to our distribution center and we deliver to site per construction or renovation schedule.
Installation:
We use skilled in-house experienced professional installers who will work with the designer, contractor or owners’ representative to ensure work will be on time, within budget and damage free. Each room is supplied with a product listing and is noted once it has been received. A detailed punch list is provided upon completion.
